Tucked away in Belleplain State Forrest is a magnificent barn located on Sunset Flower Farm. This is New Jersey’s only venue on a working flower farm. The flower fields bloom with multiple varieties of peonies from Mid-May to June. During this time the fields are roaring with pink, white and red blooms. In the Autumn season there are fields of sunflowers and other annual blooms which surround the barn with beautiful fall colors.
When entering the property you are greeted with the surrounding blooms and barn. Guests can make their way to the ceremony, over looking the fields. After the “I Do’s” the guests head over to the porch for cocktail hour. Many guests take advantage of the scenery and capture memorable photos around the property. Following cocktail hour is the grand reveal of the reception space. The barn doors slide open on each side of the building to display the farm house tables blooming with decor and allow the open air to fill the room. The barn has a romance about it that is unmatched. Couple’s, along with their family and friends can take in the surrounds and truly enjoy the beauty of the property all while in the reception space.
Exclusivity at the Venue
When you choose to get married at Sunset Flower Farm we pride ourselves in giving you the exclusivity to one wedding per weekend during our wedding seasons. As a couple, you will get our undivided attention for your wedding day and won’t feel rushed. There are limited dates available during our Spring and Fall seasons, don’t hesitate to inquire to secure your special date.
May & June
During the Spring months our flower field surrounding the barn is blooming with peonies. From Mid-May to Mid-June the peonies are in bloom with pinks, whites and reds.
September & October
Autumn months on the farm feature sunflowers and other flowering annuals which surround the barn with bright fall colors.
